   Click the button below to download Remote Helper (6 MB)

   Run it

   Double-click the file. If Windows SmartScreen warns you, click "More info" then "Run anyway".

   Tell IT your IP

   The helper shows your IP address. Give it to your IT admin.

   Close the terminal window when finished.
